Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar condemns killing of cops in Shopian

Conveys sympathy with bereaved family of Ab Majid of Ganderbal

Srinagar, Dec 11 (PTK): National Conference District President and Ex-MLA Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar has expressed deep shock over the assassination of three policemen in a millitant attack in Zainapora Shopian on Tuesday.

Ishfaq Jabbar as per a statement issued expressed concern over the killing of cops and termed the killings as unfortunate.

He had conveys deepest condolences to bereaved families of slain cops and especially with the family of Ab Majid of Shallabugh Ganderbal.He has expressed solidarity with the dependents of the slain cop.

“I offer my deepest condolences to the family of Ab Majid who was thorough gentleman and a pious person with utmost humility”.

May God grant eternal peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family.

He hoped that bereaved family is able to bear the irreparable loss.

Ishfaq also asked the Government to provide compensation and jobs to the dependents of Ab Majid.
