School Bus Crushes Elderly man to death in Lolab

Kupwara, 06 Sep (PTK): A 70-year-old man was crushed to death by a Private School vehicle in Doniwari area of Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Thursday morning.
A senior Police officer while speaking with PTK said that the School bus of Shah Anwar Memorial Trust Khumriyal bearing registration number JK09A- 9261 hit an elderly man near Doniwari village, leading to him serious injuries and were rushed to Sub-District hospital Kupwara. Where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police has identified the deceased as Qudratullah Andrabi (68) son of Late Syed Sadat Andrabi of Kanthpora lolab.
Police has registered a case under relevant sections of law and further investigations were taken up.
“Three other persons has also recieved injuries in this incident and vehicle has been seized” Police said. (PTK)
