President Murmu and Union Ministers Extend Heartfelt Holi Greetings, Emphasize Unity and Joy

As the vibrant festival of Holi approaches, President Droupadi Murmu extended warm greetings to citizens, emphasizing its significance in fostering love, unity, and brotherhood among people. In her message, President Murmu highlighted the joyous spirit of Holi, symbolized by its vibrant colors, and underscored its role in strengthening India’s cultural heritage.

 

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also conveyed his wishes for happiness, prosperity, and harmony to all on the occasion of Holi. He expressed hope that the festival would bring new energy and enthusiasm into the lives of everyone, spreading the colors of joy and prosperity.

 

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh joined in extending warm wishes to fellow countrymen, urging Holi to infuse joy, enthusiasm, and new energy into their lives. His message echoed the sentiments of celebration and renewal associated with the festival.

 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his social media post, extended Holi wishes to all citizens, emphasizing the festival’s traditional significance in fostering affection and harmony. He expressed hope that Holi would bring renewed energy and enthusiasm to everyone’s lives.

 

Holi, celebrated with fervor both in India and abroad, holds deep cultural and religious significance. The festival, marked by the lighting of bonfires known as ‘Holika Dahan,’ signifies the victory of good over evil. Dedicated to Lord Krishna, Holi embodies the spirit of joy, love, and the timeless bond between Radha and Krishna.
