Panchayat Raj Cell has bodies in all districts of Kashmir: Altaf Thakur

Srinagar: The Panchayat Raj Cell, Kashmir has framed the body which is functional from day one and has also bodies in all the districts of Kashmir division.

Altaf Thakur, Chief Spokesperson and General Secretary Panchayat Raj Cell Kashmir in a statement said that there was no need to frame new body when a dynamic body is already in place.

“Some Congress party based Sarpanchs and Panchs are creating confusion that new body will be framed, don’t pay heed to them,” Thakur appealed to members of Panchayat Raj Cell.
