Refutes news item, asks PDP to stop flouting baseless news items

Srinagar April 19, 2019. The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has denied the claim of PDP with regard to some Muzaffar Maqbool Dar, who according PDP Leaders was a Congress Leader and joined PDP today in presence of it’s Party President.

In a statement the JKPCC Spokesperson has refuted the claim made by PDP linking some Muzaffar Maqbool Dar with Congress Party, which is baseless and concocted news item, Congress Party refutes this baseless claim by PDP, in toto.

He said the fact of the matter is that the said person has contested Assembly Elections in 2014 on BJP Ticket from Shangus Assembly Segment while having no association with Congress neither now nor then, he said.

The Spokesperson asked the PDP stop misleading people by floating such baseless news items for public consumption.
