Missing scholars family stage protest seek his whereabouts

Srinagar July 3(PTK)The family of missing Ph.D. Scholar yet again today staged a protest seeking his whereabouts.

According to PTK, The protesters mostly women said that they are sure that Basit Hilal as is being claimed by police has not joined militancy.

Hilal has went missing last month while he was on tracking with his 5 other friends in Ganderbal after which his family lodged his missing report.

Soon after he went, his family staged protests for several days after which Jammu and Kashmir police claimed that he has joined Hizb.

However family has been rejecting claims of police and seek his whereabouts.(PTK)
