Local LeT militant killed in Moolu Shopian encounter, ops on
Militants killed in Drach were involved in killing of SPO, non local labourer.

Press Trust Of Kashmir Shopian Oct 05:- A local LeT militant has been killed in a gunfight that broke out between militants and government forces at Moolu village in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
An official said that a joint team of police, Army and CRPF after receiving information about the presence of militants launched search operation in the area.
He said that as the joint team of forces intensified searches towards suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon the party, which was retaliated, thus triggering an encounter.

He said during exchange of fire, a local militant affiliated with LeT was killed while as operation is on in the area.
Meanwhile ADGP Kashmir said that militants killed in Drach encounter were involved in killing of SPO and non local labourer.
“Killed #terrorists Hanan Bin Yaqoob & Jamshed were involved in recent #killing of SPO Javed Dar on 2/10/22 at Pinglana in #Pulwama & an outside labourer from West Bengal on 24/9/22 in Pulwama: ADGP Kashmir.” Kashmir Zone Police tweeted.
