LG visit Budgam, assures safe environment for all.

Won’t call off protests till we won’t be posted outside kashmir:- Pandits

Srinagar May 23 (PTK) LG Manoj Sinha on Monday visited Sheik Pora Budgam where he interacted with kashmiri Pandits who have been on protest after killing of Rahul Pandit.

LG while talking with Pandits said that they have been working to ensure peaceful environment for all.

He said that they are not only working against the militants but also those who are running militancy here.

He assured Pandits that all their genuine concerns will be redressed and concerned authorities have been directed to ensure safe environment for Pandits.

He was accompanied by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, IGP Kashmir and other senior officers.

Meanwhile after meeting LG, protesting Pandits said that the talks will continue and their demand of relocation to safer places will continue.

They said that they aren’t going to join duty until they won’t be posted to safer places that is outside Kashmir and protests will continue. (PTK)
