Press trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : Congress leader Kadfeen Choudhary on Wednesday has welcomed the revival of crucial Jammu & Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act (J&K PSGA), stating that it is hoped that the act will provide relief to the masses who are reeling under the dilatory mode of governance in Jammu and Kashmir.
