Death toll rises 2283 with thirty new deaths

Srinagar April 30 (PTK): Jammu and Kashmir today reported highest ever daily spike of 3532 fresh positive cases of COVID, and thirty new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 176083.

These cases include 1172 from Jammu division and 2360 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports thirteen new deaths, while Jammu division reports seventeen new deaths, taking the death toll to 2283 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 932 cases were reported from Srinagar, 316 from Baramulla, 160 from Budgam, 110 from Pulwama, 206 from Kupwara, 239 from Anantnag, while Bandipora 50, Ganderbal 77, Kulgam 165, Shopian 105, Jammu 495, Udhampur 125, Rajouri 133, Doda 37, Kathua 95, Samba 82, Kishtwar 13, Poonch 42 Ramban 74 and Reasi 76.

Moreover, they said, 1287 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 310 from Jammu division and 977 from Kashmir division.

Further they said, out of 30 deaths, 09 died in GMC Jammu, 02 in GMC Rajouri, 01 in DMC Ludhiana, 01 in Raj Hospital Pathankot, 04 Home (Brought Dead), 01 in JLNM Srinagar, 05 in SKIMS Soura, 04 in SMHS, 02 in CD Hospital Srinagar and 01 in GMC Anantna
