IGP Kashmir chairs Orientation Programme of Probationary DySsP at PCR Complex

Srinagar, 15(PTK): An introductory programme of Probationary DySsP of 2023 batch was conducted in PCR Kashmir, today. The programme was attended by IGP Kashmir Shri V.K Birdi, Range DIsG, JDP ZPHQ, SSP Srinagar, SSP PCR Kashmir, SO to IGP Kashmir, SP PC Srinagar and virtually by district SSsP of Kashmir Zone.

During the inaugural session, DySP probationer Ishwar Dev briefed the officers regarding the batch strength, composition and training done so far. IGP Kashmir welcomed the probationers and acknowledged their commitment and honor of joining the police force.

IGP Kashmir outlined the core values and mission of the J&K Police stressing the importance of integrity, fairness and accountability in all police actions. The officers were also briefed upon the ethical standards and expectations of their behaviour. They were advised on the aspects of professionalism, impartiality and respect for all regardless of race or ethnicity.(PTK)
