Gunmen attack residence of BJP leader in Nowgam, Sentry injured

SGR April 01 (PTK) Unknown Gunmen on Thursday attacked residence of BJP leader in Nowgam area of Srinagar in which one sentry received injuries.

An official said that gunmen attacked residence of Anwar Khan in Nowgam and one sentry received injuries.

He identified the sentry as Rameez Raja and said that he has been shifted to SMHS for treatment.

Sources said that anwar is resident of North Kashmir and presently residing at Nowgam srinagar..

Officials added that area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers. (PTK)
