GDC Ramnagar organises special lecture on “Aapki Zameen Aapki Nigrani”

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR UDHAMPUR, JULY 28: Department of Computer Applications in collaboration with Department of Urdu, IT Cell and IQAC of GDC Ramnagar today organized awareness programme on “Aapki Zameen Aapki Nigrani” as part of Digital Week Launched by J&K Government.

 The event was organized under the Patronage of Dr. Udhey Bhanu, Principal GDC Ramnagar. Prof. Aditya Sharma, HOD Computer Applications, gave a presentation about the importance and use of the Land Records portal provided by J&K Government. He also detailed the steps required to register and use the services provided by the Portal. Dr. Mohd. Riaz, HOD Urdu and resource person for today’s lecture explained in detail the terms related to the Land records. He also enumerated the benefits of having these records available online and the proper way to use the online facility.

Prof. Brinder Kumar, Convener IQAC highlighted the main points of the lecture and exhorted all students to register at the portal. Dr. Udhey Bhanu, Principal in his message lauded the efforts of the organizing team in spreading awareness about the Digital services offered by the Govt. The whole proceedings were coordinated by Prof. Mushtaq Ahmed, HOD BBA.  Dr. Mukesh Kumar provided technical support for the event.
