FPF Seized illicit Timber in Anantnag

Srinagar, 28 Nov (PTK) : A large quantity of illicit timber was siezed by forest Protection Force in Compartment Number 70/K in Utterso block of Anantnag forest division.

Official sources told Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK) that following a specific information of illicit timber smuggling in Utterso block, Forest Protection Force Kuthar on Saturday evening raided the location and seized 10 logs of Kail measuring 49 Cubic Feet in Compartment Number 70/K.

A forest official also confirmed the seizure of illicit timber, adding that We have started an investigation in this regard. (PTK)
