Fire Ravages Pakharpora: Four Homes and Two Cow Sheds Devastated, Quick Response Averts Casualties
A fierce fire engulfed the Pakharpora area in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday, leaving a trail of destruction as four residential houses and two cow sheds succumbed to the flames.
The calamity began in a residential house and swiftly spread to neighboring buildings, resulting in substantial damage to the structures. Quick response from firefighters proved instrumental in extinguishing the fire promptly, preventing further devastation. Fortunately, there were no reported casualties or injuries.
The affected residential houses have been identified as belonging to Mohammad Aslam Mir, Nisar Ahmad, Mohammad Akbar Dar, and Abdul Rashid. These families now face the daunting task of rebuilding their homes and lives after the tragic incident.
