Elderly man drowned to death in Lolab

Kupwara,July14:(PTK) An old man either jumped or slipped into the water reservoir in thandoosa village of Lolab in north kashmir’s kupwara district on saturday evening,locals said.

They said that soon after the incident people started searching for him into the water reservoir.
Deceased has been identified as Wali Mohd Bhat (45) S/o Ab Ghaffar Bhat,a resident of village thandoosa Lolab jurisdiction of PS lalpora.

A senior police officer from police station Lalpora while confirming the incident said that police has started investigation in this regard.(PTK)
