DPIR hosts cultural event to celebrates “Rutt Raadey”

JAMMU, JULY 16 PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR: Cultural Wing of Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), in collaboration with Dogri Sahitya Sabha Kuppad Pargalta, organized a cultural program and Multilingual Mushaira at Kuppad Pargalta to celebrate “Rutt Raadey” -a traditional festival of Duggar Pradesh.

In the program, local female artists presented folk songs and Poets recited poems highlighting the theme of Rutt Raadey festival.

DDC Chairman, Rehmat Ali was the chief guest on the occasion. Artists of Cultural Wing Jammu presented a colorful cultural program which was highly applauded by the audience.
