Death toll in Pahalgam road accident reaches 08 as one more personnel succumbs

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR AUG 23:- One more ITBP personnel who was injured in a road accident in Pahalgam area of Anantnag district on August 16 has succumbed to injuries on Tuesday taking the death toll to 08.

An official said that an ITBP personnel who was undergoing treatment at SKMS Soura has succumbed to injuries and has been identified him as Nandan Singh son of Lal Singh.

Notably on 16 August that a bus carrying ITBP personnel skidded into deep gorge in area Pahalgam resulting in on death of eight ITBP personnel so far and injuries to around 32 more personnels.
