Dead body found in Baramulla village

SRINAGAR, (PTK): Dead body of a mentally unsound man was found lying in the orchards of Mirgund area of Pattan in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district this afternoon.

As per reports reaching PTK, the dead body of a youth was spotted by the locals when they were walking through the orchard and they later contacted police. Soon the police team reached the spot and took body along for investigation and other formalities.

Official identified the dead youth as Ishfaq Ahmad Hajam, S/O Abdul Qayoom Hajam. The youth is said to be mentally unsound and is resident of Chadoora area of Budgam.

Meanwhile police has taken the cognizence of the incident and have started investigation.
