CRPF trooper dies of cardiac arrest in Anantnag

SRINAGAR (PTK):- A Central Reserve Police Force trooper died of a cardiac arrest in Srigufwara area of Bijbehara in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday morning.

An official said that the trooper of 116/ Bn F Coy deployed at minority guard at Mehand Srigufwara in Bijbehara area complained of chest and fell unconscious following which he was rushed to PHC Srigufwara where doctors declared him brought dead.

 “The apparent cause of death seems due to the cardiac-pulmonary arrest,” he said.

He has been identified as HC Suneel Surain son of Shiv lal Surain resident of Bara Dumarhir, Gonna Jharkhand.(PTK)
