Army soldier along with 2 Kupwara girls ‘detained’ at Srinagar Airport
Srinagar September 24 (PTK) Tourist police on Saturday detained two girls from North Kashmir’s Kupwara district along with an Army soldier when they were walking in suspicious state at Srinagar Airport.
Reports said that they were detained and handed them over to police station Humhama after that these girls and the army soldier were being questioned at police station.
The army soldier in question has been identified as Sepoy Roshan Kumar of 17 Bihar Regiment. Both the girls are from Teetwal Kupwara and the soldier in question is also posted at Teetwal.
Pertinently, on Sep 12 Lance Naik Ashok Kumar Paul son of Rajander Pal, a resident of Uttar Pradesh who deputed at Ajas Bandipora with 13 Rashtriya Rifles was arrested with two Bandipora girls.(PTK)
