A special session on “Stress Management in Personal and Professional Life” held at SKPA for 17th Prob. Dy.SsP batch

Udhampur,  September 24 (PTK): A special session on the topic “Stress Management in Personal and Professional Life” was held today at SKPA for Prob. Dy.SsP batch 17th. The session was held by Dr. Suresh Kumar Saini, a retired Inspector General (IG) of the Railway Protection Force (RPF). During the session Dr. Saini emphasized the growing importance of stress management especially for individuals working in high pressure professions like law enforcement and highlighted challenges faced by Police personnel. The key points discussed during the session were rising stress level, impact of stress on health, work-life balance, stress management techniques and role of organizations. In the conclusion Dr. Saini said that Stress management is crucial for both personal happiness and professional success. He also said that by adopting healthy habits, practicing self-care and seeking support individuals can manage stress effectively and lead a more balanced life. It is important both individuals and organizations to take proactive steps in recognizing and addressing stress.
