Manoj Kumar Pandit posted as incharge secretary legislative Assembly J&K

Press Trust Of Kashmir Srinagar Oct 31:- Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday has posted Manoj Kumar Pandit as Incharge secretary Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.

“Manoj Kumar Pandit, Special Secretary to Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs is transferred and posted as Incharge Secretary, J&K Legislative Assembly in his own pay and grade.” Reads an order m

“He shall exercise the powers delegated vide Government Order No. 04-JK(LD) of 2019 dated 16-11-2019.” Order adds further.

“The posting of the officer shall not have any preferential claim over the seniority of any other person of the cadre.” Order adds further.
