DC Kishtwar conducts surprise inspection of CEO Office
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KISHTWAR, OCTOBER 3: To check the functioning and punctuality of employees, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr Devansh Yadav today conducted a surprise inspection of Offices of Chief Education Officer & Deputy CEO.
During the inspection, the DC checked the arrival/attendance register, functioning of the Biometric attendance system, movement register of the employees and service deliverance.
He passed strict directions to the officer for maintaining punctuality and movement registers in the office
Besides, he directed the CEO to adhere to the office timings strictly so that the general public do not face any inconvenience. He further directed the officer and staff to maintain work culture and punctuality and ensure prompt redressal of public grievances.

He said that district administration won’t tolerate irresponsible behavior of any employee towards their duties and the complaint regarding the unauthorised absence of any employee shall be dealt with strictly.
He also discussed with the CEO Kishtwar and concerned in-charges about the School Management Committees and developmental projects taken under different heads.
Meanwhile, he directed officers to maintain cleanliness in and around the office premises and in the stock Rooms.
