PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 27: Chief Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that the power supply to Biaspur, Kotli, Kalyana, Purana Pind and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on September 28 from 8 am to 12 noon.
