Nine gamblers arrested, stake money seized in Srinagar

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR SEP 22:- Srinagar Police have arrested nine gamblers and seized stake money from their possession in Srinagar on Thursday.
Srinagar Police in a tweet said that Nine (9) Gamblers arrested including 4 in Palpora, Noorbagh & 5 in Inderhama area.
They said that Stake money worth thousands of rupees seized and cases have been registered under Gambling act.

“Nine (9) Gamblers arrested. 4 in Palpora, Noorbagh & 5 in Inderhama area. Stake money worth thousands of rupees seized. Cases registered under Gambling act. Gambling activity will be strictly dealt with law in Srinagar. Public is requested to inform any such immoral activity.” Srinagar Police tweeted.
