Horticulture Planning and Marketing department holds awareness program at ITI Bhaderwah
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR BHADERWAH, AUGUST 03: Horticulture Planning and Marketing department today hosted an awareness camp in the Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) Bhaderwah. Over 50 young entrepreneurs, besides the students and staff from the institute participated.
On the occasion, AMO Doda, Sunil Singh, imparted detailed awareness to the participants regarding the departmental schemes such as One District One Product (ODOP), Enam Direct Marketing, NHB and Agricultural infrastructure development.
The programme witnessed a highly positive response from the participants and a large number of entrepreneurs registered for availing different schemes of the department.

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR JAMMU, AUGUST 03: The Day 3 of Breast feeding week organised by health and medical Education Department was marked by organizing a quiz competition here at Government Hospital Sarwal.
The Paramedical students of different paramedical schools participated in the quiz competition. The event was held under the overall supervision of Director Health Services Jammu and DG Family Planning Dr. Saleem Ur Rehman.
This was followed by breast feeding awareness programme in which Prof.Dr.Amita Gupta (HOD Gynae. & 0bs.GMC Jammu) and Senior Gynaecologist Dr. Arun Arora delivered lectures on the importance of breast feeding and its benefits for mother and child.
This function was attended by all doctors, staff and attendants. Dr. Vijay Raina, Medical Superintendent Government Hospital Sarwal presented the vote of thanks to the esteemed guests.
The event concluded by inauguration of a Breast feeding corner in the OPD complex to facilitate mothers to feed their babies in privacy.
