Gunfight breaks out in south Kashmir’s Zainapora

Srinagar July 11(PTK): Police on Monday said that a gunfight broke out between the security forces and militants in Reban area of Zainapora hamlet in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.

“Encounter has started at Reban area of #Shopian. Police and Army on job. Further details shall follow.” a police spokesman said.

The encounter is believed to have broken out after security forces cordoned the area following specific inputs.
