Teacher shot dead in Kulgam

Srinagar May 31 (PTK)  A migrant teacher was shot dead by suspected militants in Gopalpora area of Kulgam on Tuesday morning.

An official said that militants fired upon a migrant lady teacher at High School Gopalpora Kulgam and she received critical injuries.

She was immediately shifted to district hospital Kulgam where doctors declared her brought dead, he said.

He added that area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers. (PTK)
