South Kashmir witnesses 3rd gunfight in a day as gunfight breaks out in Anantnag

Srinagar, 25 Dec (PTK) : South Kashmir witnesses 3rd gunfight in a day as encounter rages at K Kalan Bijbehera area in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday evening.

Official sources told Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK) that a gunfight breaks out between militants and security forces in Bijbehara area after a joint team of Police and army launched a cordon and search operation following credible inputs of militants movement in the area.

Earlier in a day, four militants including IED expert of Ansaar-Gazwatul Hind (AuGH) outfit were killed in two separate encounters in Chowgam Shopian and Tral Pulwama areas in South Kashmir districts.(PTK)
