FIR registered against GMC, SKIMS students for celebrating Pakistan’s Victory

 

Srinagar, 26 Oct (PTK) : Jammu and Kashmir Police on tuesday registered an FIR against GMC, SKIMS students for celebrating Pakistan’s victory against India in T20 world cup.

 

According to press trust of Kashmir (PTK), the Jammu and Kashmir police registered an FIR against students of SKIMS Soura and hostel boys of Government Medical College (GMC) in Karan Nagar Srinagar, who were celebrating the Pakistan’s victory against India in the T20 World Cup Match.

 

Officials told Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK) that an FIR was registered against students who were dancing, bursting firecrackers and chanting slogans against India during the intervening night of Sunday-monday after Pakistan won the World Cup T20 match against India.

 

“Further investigation has been taken up and efforts are on to identify the accused students” he adds. (PTK).
