NPP President warns Nationalist, Secular parties 

to beware of Dixon Plan to divide J&K

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : Prof.Bhim Singh, President of J&K National Panthers Party urged all nationalist & secular political parties to open the pages of history about Jewish retired Australian High Court Judge, Mr. Owen Dixon who propounded his plan when he was special messenger of the UN Security Council in J&K. He was recommended by the Anglo-American Bloc to prepare a report on the J&K political situation in 1951 when the Anglo-American Bloc brought this issue before the Security Council. This was his report called ‘Dixon Plan’ for the United Nations to work out a final solution in J&K which was created by the Anglo-American Bloc to ignite flames between India and Pakistan. NPP Supremo has studied several documents on this burning issue and has been constantly condemning the Dixon Plan & CIA for creating war-like situations between India and Pakistan.

          NPP Supremo condemned Anglo-American Bloc to excite some senior Kashmiri leaders to follow Dixon Plan which resulted in the then PM Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru acted against the local leadership including Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah. Nehru brought a new change in J&K by dismissing Sheikh Abdullah’s Govt. and putting him in jail.

          It was the new Kashmiri leadership who took over the government in J&K and the Dixon Plan disappeared from the pages of history of J&K.

          This is a big surprise for those who understand political history and know what is cooking today in J&K. It is surprising that the National Conference leadership is sleeping without reacting to this murderous attack on democracy in the State. It is the matter of contemplation to find the authors who want to implement the Dixon Plan and to find who is behind the plan at present.

          I call on all nationalist, secular, democratic forces and those who have studied the history of J&K with a clear understanding of the 1951 Dixon Plan. Unfortunately there is no Non-Aligned Movement in the country which is the only movement that understands the complication of Dixon Plan and its involvement in dividing J&K on communal lines.

          Prof.Bhim Singh has appealed to the secular, socialist, democratic and progressive political parties with a clear mission that communal activists should not be given any lease in J&K. The communal political parties can play with fire, join hands with Anglo-American Bloc and support the Dixon Plan, which will be disastrous for the unity and security of the country. What happened to the Non-Aligned Movement in India? What’s happening to the future and unity of secular India?  Prof.Bhim Singh said that every nationalist should read the pages which were prepared by the Anglo-American Bloc to end the great traditions of Socialist, Democratic and Secular India? Prof.Bhim Singh conveyed to all leaders to answer any question, any ideology which may be asked by the people from the East to the West, North to the South. Prof.Bhim Singh has travelled the whole world on motorcycle with peace mission and knows very well the intentions of Anglo-American Bloc to keep the division between the people and leadership of other progressive countries of the world. Being a good neighbour and having a good neighbour is the main principle to keep peace, tranquility and prosperity. Keeping the citizens healthy and happy and secular in the area should be each country’s priority in South-East Asia. (PTK).
