An official said that with this aim to develop sense of community, immunity and unity amid COVID pandemic and to spread awareness among the locals on the necessity of healthy body and robust lifestyle, International Yoga Daywas celebrated with the locals of Badampura, Lar, Dagarpura, Sumbal, Chak-I- Dara and Dodarhama in Ganderbal Distisct .

He said that the event witnessed an active participation in the event with local villagers and children alongwith Army tried their hands on various Yogasanas

An unprecedented excitement was displayed for more such activities in future, he added.

Locals of the area have hailed efforts of the army.(PTK)
