1086 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 141736, Death toll rises 2042 with five new deaths

Srinagar April 14 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 1086 fresh positive cases of COVID and five new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 141736.

These cases include 402 from Jammu division and 684 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports two new death, while Jammu division reports three new deaths, taking the death toll to 2042 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 388 cases were reported from Srinagar, 107 from Baramulla, 53 from Budgam, 12 from Pulwama, 23 from Kupwara, 29 from Anantnag, while Bandipora 23, Ganderbal 19, Kulgam 19, Shopian 11, Jammu 199, Udhampur 37, Rajouri 12, Doda 01, Kathua 23, Samba 19, Poonch 19 Ramban 07 and Reasi 85.

Moreover, they said, 372 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 112 from Jammu division and 260 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
