School gutted in fire mishap in Shopian

Shopian Jan, 21 (PTK) A government middle school building was gutted in a fire mishap at Nadigam village in South Kashmir’s Ship District on Thursday evening.

An official said a massive fire broke out this evening at middle school building Nadigam after which locals called officials and tried to douse off fire as well.

He said that school building was partially damaged till fire was doused off.

Meanwhile a police officer sad that fire was put under control, he said the cause of fire was not known immediately. (PTK)
