The quarantine period and the required SOP’s issued by the ministry of home for the return of all evacuees from Iran and others quarantined at Mumbai, Jodhpur have already been carried out properly by the local authorities in those citifies. Therefore the government must take immediate steps to bring all those all satisfying the required SOPs to Srinagar,” he said.

These people are running out of money; the lockdown has added to their miseries. They are going through turbulent times in wake of the country wide lockdown and scarcity of essentials.
Their predicament has aggravated with no means of transport around, hence government is duty bound to come to their rescue and ensuing their safe return to Kashmir.
I have mostly received distress calls of stranded students, labourers, and businessmen from Solan, Hamirpur, Jalandhar, Jodhpur, and various other towns and cities of Uttrakhand, Haryana, and Rajasthan. The kith and kin of those stranded are worried for them, and rightly so because they do not have necessary acess to proper sanitation, masks, food.
