55 year old female from Pulwama dies at SKIMS, toll 77

Srinagar June 20(PTK)A 55 year old female who was tested positive for covid-19 died at SKIMS on Saturday morning, officials said.

Dr G H Yatoo, Nodal officer for Covid-19 at SKIMS told PTK, that 55 year old lady from Tujan Pulwama who was referred as a case of Meningioma with Obstructive sleep apnea expired at SKIMS at 6:45 am.

He said that patient died due to cardiopulmonary arrest and in this regard CMO Pulwama has been informed to follow necessary protocol.

With her death, the toll of deaths in J&K has reached to 77 including 68 from kashmir and 9 from Jammu division.(PTK)
