3 votes polled in 9 booths of Soura
Srinagar, (PTK): Only three votes have been polled at nine polling booths in Soura area of the city, where government forces and anti-poll protesters fought nightlong clashes.
At the Ramzana high school Soura, where 9 polling booths have been set up, only three votes have been polled till 10:00 am. (PTK)
