Tragic Road Accident Claims Scooty Rider’s Life in Srinagar

SRINAGAR: A devastating road accident near the Lasjan bridge in the Panthachowk area of Srinagar outskirts has claimed the life of a scooty rider.

The victim, identified as Ashiq Hussain Hajam, son of Noor Mohammad Hajam and a resident of Nilnagh Gogjipathri Budgam, was critically injured when his scooty collided in the vicinity of Lasjan bridge Panthachowk on Thursday afternoon.

Despite immediate efforts to rush him to SMHS Hospital for urgent medical attention, Ashiq Hussain Hajam succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
