Tragic Accident in Poonch: Five Soldiers Lose Lives, Rescue

Poonch December 24 (PTK) A tragic accident occurred in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district, claiming the lives of five Indian Army soldiers and injuring several others. The incident happened when an Army vehicle traveling near the Line of Control veered off the road and plunged into a gorge approximately 150 feet deep.

Rescue operations were immediately launched by Army personnel and local authorities. The injured soldiers have been evacuated and are receiving medical care. This unfortunate event highlights the immense risks faced by military personnel in challenging terrains.
