Stop political vendetta: JK Congress leaders to BJP
Srinagar, June 13 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) leaders on Monday termed the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED’s) questioning of party leader Rahul Gandhi and notice to Congress chief Sonia Gandhi as political vendetta by BJP-led government at Centre.
In a joint statement issued by Peerzada Mohammed Sayeed(Ex PCC President), Ghulam Nabi Monga (Ex VP JKPCC and Ex Legislature), Mohammed Amin Bhat ( Ex MLA), Mohammed Anwar Bhat, Zahid Hussain Jan( DCC President),Inayatullah Rather ( Senior Congress Leader and DCC member), Advocate Manzoor Ahmed Ganai, Fayaz Ahmed Dar( DCC President),Nazir Ahmed Lone, Altaf Ahmed Mir, Gulzar Ahmed Sheikh, Engineer Mahroof, Imtiyaz Ahmed Khan, Mst Raja Farooq, Bashir Ahmed Sheikh, Abdul Rashid Dar, Shafiq Shabnum, Basharat Bhuru (Sarpanch) and others, they said that all the J&K congress leaders were solidly behind our brave leader Rahul Gandhi.
“The BJP in Centre has mis-utilised the ED to issue summons to Rahulji. With such a revengeful attitude, no politician or party can last long in a democracy,” they said. (PTK)
