Nighat Mir seeks uninterrupted power supply in Baramulla
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR NOV 11:- Social activist and Councillor of MC Bla Nighat Mir urged authorities to ensure uninterrupted power supply in district Baramulla.
In a statement issued, Mir said that the unscheduled power cuts have caused a lot of inconvenience to the people in district. “As a winter season is approaching, Baramulla has been witnessing unusual power cuts and we are facing such electricity crises”,Mir added.

Nighat said that people haven’t witnessed such power cuts in peak winters and the frequent interruption in the power supply leads people to suffer.
This is a clear sign of the irresponsible approach on behalf of the concerned authorities. The concerned officials should take all the required steps to ensure adequate power supply to the consumers across the district Baramulla, she added.
