J&K Employees Coordination Committee demands one month additional salary for employees deployed for Election duties: Shah Fayaz
Srinagar, November 21 (PTK) : President J&K Employees Coordination Committee and Chairman JKTA shah FAYAZ seeks one month additional salary to the employees deployed for various polling processes of DDC, Panchayat and ULB elections. In a statement, issued by JKECC, Shah Fayaz said that as in previous panchayat election the morale of the employees of the state was boosted by disbursing one month additional salary to the employees deployed for elections, JKECC again demands for one month additional salary for the current elections to be held from 28th November this year for the employees to be deployed to perform the same. He appreciated the efforts made by Hon’ble Chief Secretary for last elections in making the on time disbursal of one month additional salary to the employees concerned.
In a joint coordination meeting of various departments at JKECC, Shah Fayaz appeals His Excellency Hon’ble Lt. Governor, J & K, Shri Manoj Sinha and Hon’ble Chief Secretary, J & K, Shri Subramaniyam to look into the said matter and he said that as per the remarkable attention of our top administrators is concerned, we hope that our genuine request would be fulfilled as a logical means. He states that the employees of the J&K are always the front liners in every steps or the initiatives of the government. They have proved their worth in flash floods, irking earthquakes and in drastic pandemics like COVID19. Jammu & Kashmir employees are always ready to perform any kind of government duties as well as to take urgent aspects like elections on priority basis, he said. Ms Abida War, Vice President Dr. Fayaz Ahmad, Cheif Spokesperson, Hatim Qayoom Chief coordinator, Shah Ashiq Chief media advisor , Er.Altaf Rasool Secretary general, Dr.Iqbal press secretary,Manzoor Ahmad , naseer usmani, Ali Mohd, Firdosa Hassan,were also present during the said meeting besides the heads of other employee associations.
