In India there is no place for article 370 and 35A:- Shiv sena leader

Delhi Nov, 07 (PTK) Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said there is no place for Article 370 and 35 A in India and the National Conference supremo should go to Pakistan and implement it there.

Raut statement comes after Farooq said on Friday that he would not die till what he called the constitutional rights of the people of J&K and Ladakh are restored.

Addressing party leaders and workers at the NC headquarters Abdullah had said, “I am here to do something for my people and until the rights of the people of J&K and Ladakh are restored, I will not die.”

He further said that if J&K had to join Pakistan that would have happened in 1947 adding that a great leader like Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah stood up and joined secular India.

Farooq and Mehbooba Mufti have been making anti-India statements after coming out of detention. While Mufti had recently declared that she will not hoist the national flag of India in Kashmir till the flag of Kashmir is hoisted Abdullah said that “Article 370 will be restored with help of China”.

Last year on August 4, a day before the Centre revoked special status under Article 370 of the Constitution of India – the signatories of Gupkar Declaration vowed to “defend identity, autonomy and special status” of Jammu and Kashmir.(PTK)
