Grenade lobbed in Tral, 8 civilians injured.

Srinigar Jan 02 (PTK) : At least eight people were injured when militants lobbed a grenade on SSB party at a bus stand near a busy market in Tral town of south Kashmir on Saturday, officials said.

Officials told that suspected militants hurled a grenade towards security forces at around 11: 20 AM.

“However in this incident, eight people suffered injuries who where shifted to nearby hospital as the grenade missed the target and exploded in the market,” officials said.

He said that the entire area has been cordoned off and a massive search operation was launched to track down the attackers. (PTK)
