Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary Reviews Development Projects During Extensive Tour of Nowshera
Rajouri, May 11 (PTK): Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary on Sunday conducted an extensive tour of the Nowshera constituency in Rajouri to review ongoing developmental works and assess public service delivery across various sectors.
During the visit, the Deputy Chief Minister inspected healthcare facilities and patient care services at Sub-District Hospital Sunderbani and directed officers to ensure efficient healthcare delivery and adequate medical facilities for the people.
He also visited the under-construction PWD (R&B) Guest House at Kangri and stressed timely completion of the project while maintaining quality standards.
At Siot Morh, Surinder Choudhary reviewed progress on the Siot–Kalakote PMGSY Road project and directed executing agencies to expedite the work for improving road connectivity and public convenience.
The Deputy Chief Minister later inspected the under-construction MCH Hospital at Lamberi and assessed the pace of work on the project. Reviewing developmental works on Dhera Road, he reiterated the importance of quality execution and timely completion.
During his tour, he also visited Bagnoti Nallah Bridge and directed officers to speed up the construction while ensuring durability and safety standards.
At the I&FC Guest House Rajal, the Deputy Chief Minister reviewed developmental works and stressed improvement of infrastructure facilities for greater public benefit.
He further visited PWD (R&B) Guest House Nowshera where he reviewed various ongoing public welfare and infrastructure projects in the constituency.
At Sports Stadium Nowshera, Surinder Choudhary inspected the developmental works underway and reiterated the government’s focus on strengthening sports infrastructure and creating better facilities for youth engagement and talent promotion.
The Deputy Chief Minister also inspected facilities at Sub-District Hospital Nowshera and directed authorities to improve patient care, medical infrastructure and healthcare services.
Later, he visited the bridge construction site at Masiti Mohalla Nonial and stressed timely completion of the project to improve connectivity and ease of movement for local residents.
Senior officers including the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Superintending Engineers, Executive Engineers, Block Medical Officers and other officials accompanied the Deputy Chief Minister during the tour.(PTK)
