DC Kupwara pays surprise visit to Sub District Hospital
Directs to ensure availability of all essential facilities in hospital
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KUPWARA, NOVEMBER 12: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Doifode Sagar Dattatray Saturday evening paid a surprise visit to Sub District Hospital Kupwara.
During the visit, the DC inspected various wards of the hospital including OPD, IPD, Dispensary, Laboratory and other sections.
He interacted with the patients and enquired about the services being provided by the hospital administration. He also checked the duty roster of doctors and the hospital staff and enquired about the medicines being provided to the patients.

Meanwhile, the DC directed the Chief Medical Officer Kupwara and the doctors to ensure availability of all essential facilities in the hospital for the patients including heating arrangements in view of the approaching winter season.
He urged upon them to facilitate all the patients especially coming from far flung areas so that they could not face any inconvenience in getting proper care and treatment.
