DC Kulgam reviews preparations for B2V4 programme
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KULGAM, OCTOBER 16: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam Dr. Bilal-Mohi-ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting of officers to take stock of preparations for the Back to Village phase- 4 programme here at mini-secretariat.
The DC directed all line departments to submit proper action plan for the smooth conduct of B2V4 programmes across all Panchayat halqas of the district.
On the occasion district level nodal officers were also designated for proper monitoring and liaisoning.

Line departments were instructed to submit action taken reports on all works and targets identified and taken up in previous B2V4 programmes.
The DC issued instructions for the 100 percent grievance disposal and target achievements.
He called for smooth arrangements be put in place in all panchayat halqas to ensure smooth conduct of programmes.
The meeting was attended by JD Planning, ACR, SDM, ACD, ACP, BDOs, Tehsildars and other district and sectorial officers.
