Army man who was critically injured in Kulgam attack, succumbs

Srinagar Jan 27 (PTK): An army man, who was critically injured in an IED blast that was planted inside a School in Subhanpora area of Shamsipora in district Kulgam, Succumbed to his injuries.

 

An official told news agency—Press Trust of Kashmir that four army men of an ROP of 24 Rashtriya Rifles where injured in this blast, one among the four injured army man succumbed to his injured at Army’s 92 base hospital in Srinagar.

 

Officials said that the school building also got damaged due to the IED blast that was planted inside the School.

 

The identification of the deceased solider as LD Deepak Kumar r/o Kosli, Rewari(HR), and the other three soldiers,  who were injured there were identified as Hav Sameeka r/o Raghunathpur, Sundargarh, Odisa, Nk Methil Barl r/ o Garvana, Sundargarh, Odisa, Swr Kan Singh r/oSuganarh, Nagore , Rajasthan

 

However, Official source told “We are trying to find out whether it was a grenade blast or and IED had been planted there. (PTK)
