APHC pay tributes to slain militant killed in Anantnag

Srinagar, Aug 29 (PTK): All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) paying rich tributes to two armed youth Altaf Ahmed Dar and Umar Rashid Wani martyred in an encounter with the government forces in Anantnag said that Kashmiri youth are offering priceless sacrifices to free their homeland from the clutches of occupation, adding, people of Kashmir will continue to safeguard these sacrifices as they are the great assets of the struggle for freedom.
The Hurriyat said it was because of the ultimate repression and the iron fist policy being unleashed by the lakhs of forces against the Kashmiri youth, which is becoming the major reason for the educated lot to opt arms as a means of resistance. It said that on ground, forces via military approach are suppressing and force the people of Kashmir into a submission.
The Hurriyat said that the Delhi’s stubborn approach towards Kashmir and keeping the issue lingering is resulting in bloodbath almost every day, adding, it is high time for the Government of India to shun its hegemony and to start a meaningful dialogue for the resolution of vexed Kashmir issue as per the aspirations of people so that peace prevails not only in the sub-continent but in the entire South Asia.
The Hurriyat strongly condemned the vandalizing the property of armed youth in various parts of south Kashmir stating that these acts are totally unjustified and reflects the frustration on part of the forces. The Hurriyat said that damaging the property of armed youth and thrashing the inmates deserves all forms of condemnation.
